Order and contract terms

We sell products to companies and private individuals of legal age. The terms of delivery are valid from 01.05.2021. The delivery conditions may change, so please familiarize yourself with them every time you order from us.

Products and product prices

The characteristics and prices of the products are presented in connection with the product presentation of each product. The prices of the products include value added tax. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs, so please check the prices before accepting the order. The customer accepts the terms of delivery when ordering.

Delivery methods and delivery costs

Our most common delivery times in Finland are 2-7 business days. We always try to deliver the order as quickly as possible. The delivery costs charged for the order consist of the product (e.g. weight, packaging) and the chosen delivery method. Delivery methods are Matkahuolto and postal packages. Shipping abroad as well. Delivery time may vary depending on destianation. 

Ordering and contract

You can order products from our website by sending a message about it to our email address or by calling. Custom jobs are ordered in the same way. When ordering from us, you are required to familiarize yourself with and agree to our terms of delivery. You understand that the order you accept and confirm is binding and creates a contract between us with these terms of delivery (except for the customer's right of cancellation mentioned later).

Payment and payment terms

We will send you an invoice through our invoicing service immediately after the product has been shipped within 14 days. Partial payment is possible when agreed in this way. If the payment is delayed, the delay costs will be added to the payment reminder invoice. Failure to pay will result in collection action.

Right of cancellation and return conditions

Please check the delivery as soon as you receive it. If the product has been lost or damaged during shipping, or otherwise does not meet your order/expectations, please notify us as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt. After that, we agreed on how to get the matter fixed.


It is important to us that the products you order please you. According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, our customers have the right to exchange and return within 14 days. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it at the cost of postage within 14 days of receiving it, if the product is unused and in the condition in which you received it, and all the parts belonging to the product are intact. If you want to make a return, please always kindly contact us first. If you have already paid for the product, the price of the product will be returned to your account.

We do not accept returns more than 14 days after receiving it.

Failure to pick up the delivery is not an official cancellation, but we will charge all delivery costs from your final amount.


If the package is damaged in the mail, the product must be immediately complained to the mail.

When sending a return:

- Inform us about the return by email or by calling

- Pack and protect the product carefully (please make sure that nothing presses dents in the fabric of the board).

- Include your name, address and phone number with the return.

- Deliver to the nearest post office. Thank you.

Limitation of liability

Katja Stefanovic Art Design is not responsible for any indirect or direct or other damage related to the order or delivery or the product, or any of the aforementioned, except until a mandatory provision in the Consumer Protection Act or another mandatory law has stipulated otherwise with regard to the damage in question.


We try to settle any disagreements regarding your order primarily by agreement, so please contact our customer service.


If the disagreement regarding the sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the matter can then be referred to the Consumer Disputes Board.

Katja Stefanovic Art Design handles all customer data confidentially.


Katja Stefanovic Art Design undertakes not to disclose customer information to third parties.
